As a Digital Marketing Executive for Kingspan Water & Energy, I was responsible for managing the digital content of Google Ads, website SEO, web page building and email design, and promoting the Service Business Unit. My responsibilities have recently expanded to include offline marketing, such as brochures, presentations and event planning. I assist in the management of Kingspan’s Ulster Rugby sponsorship responsibilities and I am a Super User working with the web team on the implementation of recommended updates and assisting colleagues in Water & Energy with the identification of any training and development needs.

In this role I provided a professional marketing service for a global in vitro diagnostics company, developing both online and offline marketing content for the use in promoting the Randox Quality Control product portfolio to a sales network of 145 countries. I regularly employed my excellent written and oral communication skills to produce content for brochures, sales aids, online and offline marketing materials, articles, advertisements, e-shots, website content management, internal and external newsletters, whilst keeping to tight deadlines.My excellent time keeping and organisation skills were utilised to organise conferences and co-ordinate event attendance for the sales team in order to promote the Randox Quality Control product portfolio. Furthermore I was involved in the development of training material, sales probes, other literature and collateral for these events and to send to current and potential customers. These include our Key to Success documents for Sales Reps, literature & press releases for product launches, flyers, management & ordering of promo items and catalogues. My communication and management skills were regularly applied to the management of projects, such as; content creation for online and offline platforms, multi-channel campaign development, implementation & management, co-ordination of product launches across various channels, the organisation of the RIQAS User Forums & co-ordinating attendance at key industry events, organising & managing language specific webinars for various markets, writing & distributing the RIQAS Reporter newsletter, and regularly assessing website traffic, employing SEO & Adwords to optimise the website.In recent months my role extended to include my photography skills gained through my HND course. This has included event photography, commercial photography for the Dundarave Estate, Randox Health & QC brand and documenting Aintree Race Course to plan branding for the Grand National Sponsorship.
