Oversight of operations and integration of Ashoka Africa’s four regional offices (Nairobi, Dakar, Lagos and Johannesburg) to a centralized structure. Leading capacity strengthening efforts for Ashoka’s Africa regional teams for fundraising, strategic planning, fiscal budgeting, human resources and program management; Planning and implementation of new Ashoka Africa strategy; Building bridges and cross-team synergies between the Global and Africa regional teams

Partnerships management of all aspects of the Ashoka/MasterCard Foundation “Future Forward” partnership aimed at identifying youth employment innovations and Ashoka/ OSF partnerships on women's economic empowerment in Africa. Responsibilities include ensuring integrity between budget and programs, partnership management, financial and narrative reporting, coordination of monitoring and impact assessments, streamlining reporting and building administrative systems, and supporting integration across Africa. Thought leadership contributions included facilitating an online course on the Future of Work in Africa; hosting webinars on opportunities in innovations in youth development, co-writing a series on World Policy Blog and co-authoring Youth Unstuck: Innovations in Youth Livelihoods and Leadership in Africa a comprehensive guide to tools, resources and trends for youth development, based on case studies of nearly 50 innovators.

Oversaw all administration of American University semester study abroad program on Issues in Sustainable Development. Coordinated orientation and other educational excursions, arranged & oversaw lodging for students, liaised with local university & program affiliates, developed & taught core course, developed budgets & managed finances, supervised office staff & short-term contractors, identified local organizations for student internship placement, provided mentorship & professional guidance for students.
