Our Support Team operates a 'swarming' methodology which ensures that Support Team members develop a full understanding of the product and its features.Providing technical support (via Jira Service Desk, email and Zoom) for clients' Production environments using Fluxx's highly-configurable cloud-based grants management software. Support for Fluxx Grantmaker's web-based application, as well as Android and iOS apps, addins, integrations and SSO setup.Advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis utilizing server logs and Airbrake monitoring. Reading code hunks to identify issues and inform developer tickets. I have diagnosed bugs that are specifically within the Ruby code versus Active Record (Rails) issues in this way, along with identifying database deadlocks and other errors.Fielding client queries regarding all aspects of the Product, its integrations and API. Conducting API testing using Postman.Writing Jira Service Desk automations - recently I developed an automation which allowed us to identify and close out over 80 tickets which had inadvertently been left in an open status.Management of the whole ticket lifecycle (creation, information-gathering, researching, troubleshooting, testing and ensuring issues are resolved).Advising clients on best practice configuration of the product.Updating Knowledgebase articles and writing Community posts.Use of AWS Virtual Machines for testing across a range of OS environments.Writing up developer issues for Engineering.Working with client post-deploy to confirm bug fixes.Completing and updating certifications as required.Participation in on-call rota for out-of-hours client support.
