I am a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard in the Litigation department. I am also a Solicitor Advocate. I am a commercial litigator specialising in financial litigation and disputes across the fintech sector.I provide specialist recoveries, property and insolvency advice to banks, insolvency practitioners, and to a number of loan funds. My experience includes dealing with disputes arising from lending documentation, the operation of accounts, conduct allegations and fraudulent activity targeting financial institutions.I have benefited from a direct insight into Dispute Resolution from a client’s perspective having spent time on secondment to Clydesdale Bank.I was a Board Member of the Law Society of Scotland from 2016 - 2021 and currently sit on the LawScotTech Advisory Board for the Society. I am also a Board Member to the Scottish Court and Tribunal Service (SCTS).
