Director Of Leadership Development
CurrentKiwanis International is a global community of clubs, members, and partners dedicated to improving the lives of children one community at a time. Today, we stand with more than 550,000 members from K-Kids to Key Club to Kiwanis and many ages in between in 80 countries and geographic areas. Each community has different needs, and Kiwanis empowers members to pursue creative ways to serve the needs of children, such as fighting hunger, improving literacy, and offering guidance.I have the distinct privilege of leading a team of professionals who educate and train our adult membership base and organizational leaders. Specific projects I am responsible for include (but are not limited to):*Developing and managing our virtual leadership program - Kiwanis Amplify*Project managing the education for the annual Kiwanis International Convention*Planning the annual Asia Pacific Education Conference*Serving as the liaison to the Board Committee on Leadership Development and Education *Providing CliftonStrengths training to Key Club and Circle K International Boards on an annual basis*Overseeing the training of all positional leaders within the organization*Supervising two full time staff members*Collaborating with staff and volunteers all over the world to address the education needs of our members, clubs, divisions, and districts
