Effectively oversees and leads a sales team of 10 staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives while also managing reseller channel partners. Reports to the CEO. Stakeholders included Epsidon Holding and First Distribution. The customer base includes resellers, corporate end users, and SMEs. Managed over 200 clients across various sales teams and helped grow sales from R100 million to over R300 million.Key Deliverables• Attain annual targets for turnover, gross profit (GP), net profit (NP), and stock aging to ensure financial sustainability.• Develop and execute annual budgets and strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.• Manage HR and Marketing functions to maintain a high-performing sales team and promote brand visibility.• Establish and enforce policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.• Skilfully manage brand and stock inventory, ensuring optimal product availability and alignment with market demands.• Foster positive supplier agreements and relationships to secure a reliable and competitive supply chain.• Execute national travel as required to facilitate sales efforts and maintain client relationships.• Proactively handle organizational escalations and conflicts, maintaining a harmonious work environment.• Produce comprehensive management reports to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.• Develop and implement reporting systems to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes.• Efficiently manage credits, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities to support sales and customer satisfaction.
