I worked at Realty Executives for 2 1/2 years, following my Broker of 11 years from Russ Lyon. The other realtors I worked with were wonderful and I was very happy for the tenure I spent at that company. Leaving there was a decision that just came at a time when I was ready for change. The fact that this same Broker I followed to Realty Executives was now forming a new, innovative Real Estate Company was intriguing and felt right.

I became associated with Russ Lyon Sothebys Int'l Realty when the company with whom I was with, merged with this brokerage, who had been in the Valley for 60 years. I was very happy to be a part of this organization.

This new real estate company was formed in the fall of 2005 by visionaries in the local Real Estate industry to focus on the luxury home market in the North Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area under the direction of Dominic Scappaticci, Broker. In November of 2007, the company became affiliated with Sothebys International Realty, the real estate division of the well known auction house to gain market share and credibility in the National and International market.

Part of the Coldwell Banker Success Companies in the Phoenix area, I worked for a branch that was originally Pinnacle Peak Realty, specializing in the North Scottsdale area. Our branch of less than 250 agents was a family of very knowledgable realtors who worked and networked together to create a very successful brokerage. I was lucky enough to be one of the agents selected and trained to work with the Coldwell Banker Relocation Division, helping many relocating executives find their dream homes in Arizona.
