The Pilates School is a classical Pilates studio offering individual and small group instruction in all elements of the Method.

As co-owner of Wilkinson Design & Construction, Inc., I have handled it all!! Currently, I serve as a part-time Design Consultant. Design and its conception are just one of my many passions.

Mentored by 2nd Generation, Romana's Pilates Certified teacher, Joy George-Bryden, I became a student at Joe's Place-True Pilates because my back hurt, I couldn't do a sit-up, and Oprah had bared her (then…) beautiful obliques on a magazine cover and credited Pilates.Transforming my body from a size 14 to a size 6 with no other changes in diet and exercise (while having fun!) was a visibly life-changing experience for me. Pilates teacher training seemed a natural progression. In 2008, I entered the Peak Pilates Teacher Training program and completed my Comprehensive Certification.

In Membership Development, I scour the country looking for Remodeling and Trade Professionals ready to commit to better business practices.

Each Summer Season and throughout the year, I work with the Cape Cod Chamber Music Festival. It is the premiere presenter of world-class ensembles and exceptional young talent at venues across the Cape, from Cotuit to Provincetown. The Festival immerses the music lover in creative programming performed by a multitude of different chamber ensembles. With nearly daily events, there is something to appeal to everyone.

As an active member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for over a decade, I have worn many hats. I started off as a Board Member of the San Francisco, CA chapter and swiftly moved up to Vice President. Upon moving to the East coast, I was dismayed that the closest chapter was considered Eastern Massachusetts. Through much hard work and a lot of help, I created the Cape's own chapter. In just over a year, the chapter currently has over 70 members.
