Senior NET and teacher of P2 NSEC lessons. Leader of P5 and P6 English enrichment activities. In charge of co-planning and teaching “little explorers” extracurricular English speaking activities. Placed at Baptist Lui Ming Choi Primary School in the New Territories of Hong Kong.

Teaching oral lessons to students of varying English proficiency across all year groups, with the intention of encouraging students to use English more confidently in their everyday interactions. In charge of co-planning oral teaching resources for P5, and teaching "elite" P5 classes. Co-teacher of English speaking extra-curricular activities for P2 students. Placed at Baptist Lui Ming Choi Primary School in the New Territories of Hong Kong.

Promoted and organised two to three evening and weekend social activities per week and supervised organised excursions. Encouraged a supportive and friendly atmosphere during social events, and ensured students felt comfortable to mix and participate with other students. Maintained contact with the Study Abroad Office to keep them informed of any issues, attended regular staff meetings to discuss any problems which arose.

Leading weekly “buddy group” sessions, hosting the Global Café and assisting with airport arrivals to ensure a smooth transition in to university life for both international and home students.

Represented the university at undergraduate open days.

Serving customers in a polite and enthusiastic way, to ensure a welcoming experience. Taking orders, ensuring to take care of specific allergies and needs. Building a rapport with customers to cater to individual preferences, and dealing with problems in a timely manner should they arise. Promoting the company’s new smartphone application to customers
