Vp, Business Development
Currentility gives real estate the capability to deliver sustainability and flexibility. ▪ Lead strategic business development direction, generate B2B client and collaborator meetings and sales, and outside sales channels (i.e., brokerages and industry specific consultants).▪ Partner directly with the CEO in conversion of new business. Lead engagements with commercial owners (RXR, Lendlease, ProInvest, SHVO) and operators.▪ Collaborate with and guide the implementation team. Includes bi-weekly meetings, coordinating external solutions, direct account assistance and management, account payable audit and reporting, and overall vision and client strategy.▪ Act as internal and external subject matter and industry expert. Research and identify market trends, key clients, sectors, and conduct data analysis, providing insight from collated stats and reporting out to educate the business.▪ Experienced building, sustaining, and leveraging relationships with all levels of an organization, internally and externally (i.e., CEO, COO, CTO, Asset Managers, Portfolio Managers, etc.).
