Participates in the evaluation, selection, design, and development of tools to support IT center operations and various IT customers. Maintains broad, detailed knowledge of information technology tools and techniques. Participates in the creation, maintenance and enforcement of relevant policies and procedures as directed. Supervises and trains student employees at the assigned campus.
