In the first year, I took initiatives to learn new skills/tools and keep upgrading my working process monthly so as to efficiently finish my task as a fixed asset analyst.IBM started to implement AGILE method, and my team was chosen to be the pilot team to try it. I realized what I did all the time is so similar to an AGILE product developing process.
