* Research and consult on market data, regulatory requirements, taxes, and other documents required in Vietnam/United States for clients to understand market trends and develop businesses;* Develop and prepare agreements and other documents needed to support clients’ businesses;* Support in connecting and arranging meetings with clients and other related parties;* Research and implement procedures for adjusting Business Registration Certificate, Investment Registration Certificate, and procedures related to foreign employees;* Prepare and submit reports on investment monitoring and evaluation and reports on the National Investment Information System;* Monitor internal documents, including payment records, contracts, and other documents;* Translate documents as needed to support the client services;* Other administrative support when needed.

* Research: laws, requirements, market data, and other topics needed to conduct the development of the company and trade business opportunities;* Analysis: assist in developing pro forma financial analysis of specific trade agreements;* Customer relationship: assist in reaching out new clients and coordinating to negotiate with client, including travel and logistics arrangements;* Translate: documents, letters, email messages, forms, etc. from English to Vietnamese, and vice versa, as needed to support the client services;* Others: administrative support when needed

* Assist domestic and international entrepreneurs in importing goods;* Make purchases on e-commerce sites such as Alibaba, Taobao, Tmall, … * Negotiate with suppliers, importers and logistics companies to complete orders;* Finding customers.
