Physician Design Team Coordinator during integrated physician led design sessions, a Sr Clinical Content Analyst, and currently an EPIC Certified Sr. Application Analyst for Oncology. Involved in implementation of electronic documentation in 9 hospitals; supporting all phases of design, build, test, activation and on call physician support. I support the activation strategy including pre activation preparation, staffing, command center logistics, issues management, reviews and post activation evaluations. I partake in operationalizing a clinically driven governance/prioritization process for management of enhancement requests and allocation of IT resources. Support the implementation of Patient Lists and Results; manage responsibilities in developing departmental best practice order sets for computerized physician order entry; and assisted in implementation of CPOE clinical system. Led future state rapid design for clinical documentation and integrated workflows around admission, transfer and discharge processes and recently developed and support and develop physician notes documentation. Provide leadership in the areas of change management, curriculum development, business process improvement and end user adoption support for IT&S supported business and clinical applications. This includes support of our enterprise wide applications at all medical centers and clinician offices; with over 15,000 end users and non-enterprise wide applications and devices used across the health system. Support best practices to improve end user adoption of technology and facilitate process analysis conversations and strive to analyze, document and improve business process to support meaningful use criteria for reporting. Collaboration with hospital leadership and IT&S leadership to resolve IT issues Transition to Oncology team to develop Inpatient and Ambulatory structured notes and order sets.
