• Oversee the scoping, process reengineering, and implementation of enterprise construction technology applications, driving innovation and efficiency in project execution.• Deliver comprehensive training, administration, and functional support to end users and business stakeholders during the implementation and handover phases, ensuring seamless transitions and effective adoption of new systems.• Serve as the primary liaison, advocating for business user needs to third-party system providers, consultants, and internal IT teams, ensuring the enhancement of critical development requirements and the continuous improvement of user experience.

• Drive operational success in coordinating and managing commercial office and healthcare construction projects. Tasks include: Coordinating logistics, Quality Control, integrating lean practices, document control, and reporting to developers, architects, and owners on building system statuses from ground-break through substantial completion.• Review all trade design system submittals for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.• Maintain scheduled tasks and mitigate schedule impacts of constraints through thorough collaboration with subcontractors and design teams while managing budget costs through project completion.

• Maintain database of construction estimates and final costs for subcontractor scopes relating to CSI divisions of Facility Construction and Facility Services. • Coordinate with management on cost estimates and project changes for projects ranging from $200K - $200M.• Draft reports and spreadsheets for the management team for an efficient scope buyout process. • Assist project managers in the Value Engineering process to provide clients with cost-effective solutions. • Coordinate with the trade partners on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the bidding process.
