I am currently a Lead line cook where I supervise other team members while also maintaining food quality and safety. Throughout my time in the industry I have learned to connect with people, build relationships with customers, properly manage myself and others, constantly improve myself and others time management, how to efficiently work in fast paced and or high volume establishments. I am looking for a company that I can not only grow with but also move up during my time there, showcase my expertise and experience and lastly continue to expand my knowledge of the ever changing world of culinary arts.
