Hi! I'm Lyric. I'm a junior at Pace University with well-rounded nonprofit experience and a focus on advocacy and pursuing a career in policy and advocacy.I'm currently serving as President of Pace University Political Science Society and a planning member of the Social Science end-of-year gala for two years now. In my roles, my perspective on ground-up leadership and taking a multidisciplinary learning approach have helped shape programming and increase attendance. My most recent internship was as a Policy Intern at Asian American Federation, where I tracked NYC Council legislation and programs updates in alignment with the organization's policy priorities.I'm interested in postgrad work in the policy realm in New York City and am currently taking coursework relevant to the field. I'm also qualified and experienced with advocacy and communications with with professional organizations, individual clients, and new staff.
