With over 20 years of nonprofit experience, Kristy joined FGP's Nonprofit Executive Search Team in 2018. She is a unique addition to the team in that she has worked every level of fundraising in both large and small non-profit organizations. She prides herself on success found in national leadership positions, most notably for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and March of Dimes. Over the course of her career, she has developed and implemented national fundraising strategies, coached development staff across the country, and has been responsible for attaining sizable revenue goals ranging from $2 million to $40 million. She credits her years in nonprofit management to becoming a trusted Executive Search Consultant.
