Align teaching practices to improve mathematics instruction and rigor in order to increase student achievement. Create benchmark and weekly assessments aligned to mathematical practices, shifts, and depth of knowledge. Supports the implementation of Code to the Future, to produce the Silicon Valley's first computer science elementary school.

Contributed to the academic support of all math teachers, including but not limited to CCSS, CPM curriculum, assessments, evaluations and support plans. Provided the space to create blended learning environments in all math classrooms, guiding teachers to set specific learning targets for all students. Provided professional learning for e-learning platforms and curriculum.

Supported my team each year as the grade level lead. As a member of the school wide and district wide Instructional Leadership Team (ILT), analyzed and used data in order to create change within our teaching practices and student achievement. Founded and co-chaired the school's first-ever walk-a-thon to start a technology lab at our schools, raising over $35K in two years. Provided insight to e-learning/blending learning through an iPod Touch Pilot Program within our district - fluency levels raising 1.5 grade levels or more within a year.
