Oversees warehouse shipping functions: Schedules pick-up appointments, contacts carriers, checks transit times and verifies outbound loads for accuracy. Perform material transactions/transfers/issues for parts in the inventory tracking system Maintain inventory segregation of part numbers, lot numbers and labels.Work with quality on rejected materials and returns to suppliers; obtaining RMA numbers and preparing materials for return. Updates databases with status of return material issues.Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Abilities to carry out all shipping and forklift operator responsibilities. Provide timely order status and tracking information to customers.Possess an in-depth knowledge of merchandise and interact with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
