- Execute and monitor valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and other consulting works.- Oversee engagements from day-to-day interaction with the client through to staffing and managing the resources and work plan through to timely completion.

- Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.- Participate in the procurement, development and day to day management of clients.

- Technical assessment of residential and commercial properties according to European Valuation Standards.

- Design of concrete and steel structures - Site engineering - Legalization of unauthorized constructions according to Greek laws.- Land survey plans- Energy inspections

- Determine project specifications by studying system design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; monitoring project progress; preparing cost estimates.- Analyze potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities.- Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company.- Provide updates on the market competition analysis to the sales and RnD department.

- Manage various façade projects such as steel, aluminium and glass systems, unitized curtain walls, metal/stone and various others types of cladding- Meet with architects to further develop façade design concepts- Generate CAD detailing in 2D or 3D format- Perform structural or thermal/solar analysis- Provide construction administration

- Design of aluminum and steel structures according to standards and specifications- Provide technical support & structural repairs to existing or current projects- Estimate quantities and cost of materials to determine project feasibility- Monitor technological developments & integrating them into company's production process- Product certification in collaboration with accredited & notified bodies.
