I am an eCommerce student at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, passionate about using data and technology to solve business problems and improve customer experiences.I have completed two intensive training programs as an FSD Trainee at VOCO Center by Huyen Luu - Amon, where I learned from experts from L'Oréal, KPMG, Haravan, and other partners. I ranked among the top learners in both programs, and I applied my knowledge and skills to plan and execute social commerce strategies for La Roche Posay on HaraSocial, and to clean, extract, and interpret 200k+ rows of data. I also hold multiple certifications in Excel, data visualization, and digital marketing, and I have a portfolio of data projects on Kaggle.My long-term goal is to become a Business Analyst, a role that combines my interests in data, eCommerce, and people.
