As a CE specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune) I provide technical support including risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s environment. In my role I interact directly with large enterprise customers to manage and secure devices. Some of my customers have more than 300k devices managed by MEM. The interaction typically consists of the following stages:• Contract scoping: assessing customer needs and defining services included in the contract• Contract delivery: as a technical resource I deliver proactive risk assessments, recovery execution services, workshops and trainings, onboarding services, pilots and supporting ad-hoc requests, critical situation support• Contract extension and pre-sales: adding new services to existing contracts or to the next contract with the same customer.
