CurrentAdministration:- Built functioning systems from scratch (CRM, Invoicing, Reporting) and developed adaptability to quickly pick up using new IT systems. - Acted as a communication bridge between the HQ (Korea) and our UK office, as well as the first point of contact for all enquiries via email. - Prepared end of year financial reports.- In charge of issuing and organising all sales related paperwork, from preparing quotations and invoicing, through order logistics and chasing up payments. - Managed the office diary, arranged meetings with customers/team meetings as well as preparing business trip itineraries and coordinating trade show attendance with the organisers. - In charge of preparing the weekly report for HQ. Marketing: Created content and updated the website regularly. Translation: Translated various internal documents such as emails, reports, Technical Data Sheets, etc.
