As a member of the Data Acquisition team my main responsibility is to gather data to be displayed on the Skyscanner website. The process mostly consists of using Python to write web scrapers or scripts to interact with the partners' APIs. I also have to maintain and often improve the current codebase to adjust it to any changes made by online travel agents or airlines in their systems.
