Assigned in cabin crew training division and ground staff training globally. Focal point of contact to all training needs and solutions. Responsible for Human Resources information management systems. Provides administrative, project management and training support to HR Manager.

Awareness of business and commercial updates and changes. Manage campaigns and work with both internal and external stakeholders. Analysing results and reports, preparing proposals, developing communication strategies, carrying out marketing research.
