CurrentResponsible for:Managing a BRL 5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate investments that comprises 24 logistic and industrial parks with a total GLA of over 1.4 million sqm (three-quarters located in southeastern Brazil), stakes in 6 office buildings with a GLA of more than 95,000 sqm considering the share of the investment fund (nearly 80% situated in São Paulo/SP and its metropolitan area) and 1,046 hotel rooms focused on business travel segment (75% operating in São Paulo/SP); and Prospecting and structuring real estate swap transactions in order to exchange land for residential real estate receivables. This strategy is focused on São Paulo/SP with land acquisition price ranging from BRL 10 to 50 million and receivables due from residential real estate projects with PSV varying from BRL 50 to 300 million and without target audience restrictions. The investment portfolio consists of 28 swap operations totalizing BRL 450 million which were exchanged for receivables from the sale of more than 4,500 residential units (from affordable housing to high-end homes) located mainly in São Paulo/SP, with private areas ranging from 25 to 650 sqm and a total PSV of BRL 3.0 billion.
