Product Manager
CurrentAssociate Product Manager Job Purpose:Combine functions of product management which is responsible for the creation of a product while product marketing is in charge of the go-to-market for that product.Associate Product Manager Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Development: Coordinate development and design of the product with engineers and production team Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedule Coordinate Newnex technical support services with Sales and RMA group; work with engineer support to identify common product issues and suggest improvementsMarketing: Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for new and existing Newnex product by plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns Lead marketing team to prepare for promotional presentation materials including, Newnex websites, product packages, product brochures, data sheets, technical white papers, newsletters, company profiles, product videos, trade show and other event planning, etc.Analysis & Research: Identify customer needs and market trends of Newnex products with inputs from Sales Group, market research and other sources Prepare marketing reports to management by collecting and analyzing sales data from sales leads and sales platforms Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Support Supports Sales staff by providing market and technology trends, forecasts, and new product information Support to maintain product marketing staff by recruiting, training employees and appraising job results
