Having a diverse educational background and a naturally curious nature has helped me find my current passion in Innovation and design thinking and led me to my current role as an Assistant Innovation Manager in the built environment.My passion is in picking up new skills and human-centred design thinking. My skill is the ability to adept to the everchanging world and digging deep into the value of what new products/processes can bring to a team.As an assistant innovation manager l lead the project management of smart system integration and innovation initiatives for various stakeholders. Through my career, I have created a digital knowledge hub, conducted innovation workshops for internal teams, fostered innovation culture through internal communication channels such as newsletters and Viva Engage and was part of the team implementing smart building systems for a better experience for building managers and tenants.My contributions has helped increase productivty, closed knowledge gaps and fostered a culture where end-user experience is at the forefront of projects.I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and listening to the needs and feedback of the customers and different levels of users. My goal is to create smart, sustainable, and user-friendly processes that enhance the quality of life and work for everyone.
