I manage all the communications with the vendors.- I also do order management which goes from setting up an account with the vendors to confirming order delivery. - I also handle issues with orders such as returns and replacements and product issues that require communication with technical support.- I also support your Finance teams by tracking and consolidating invoices and receipts for orders. I also assist with filling out credit applications with vendors to apply for Net30 credit terms. - I help you get your lab documents organized. Documents such as certificates of analysis and safety data sheets. I also create SOPs, manuals, training procedures, troubleshooting guides, etc. - I also help you with your new laboratory setup, relocation, or expansion. For example, I can help you plan a budget, set up new accounts with suppliers, update the addresses with vendors, hire moving services, set up shipments/pick-ups, build and maintain a shopping list, etc.- I support laboratories with their hiring and training needs.- I have experience providing these services and many more to laboratories in the USA and outside the United States.- Once I quickly learn your system I will be very efficient in completing a multitude of tasks in the time that I'm providing my service to you. You will have all my attention and dedication during that time!- I have experience working with a diverse number of applications, including Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Mac apps, LastPass, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trainual, SalesForce, Brex, and Procurify.- Analyzing data and preparing reports are also my things. We can discuss how I can be of service in these areas as well.- I'm fluent in English and Spanish and at an advanced conversational level with Portuguese.
