RESPONSIBILITIES• As director, reporting to the CEO, business planning, people management (100+ subordinates);• Participating in the globalisation of the IT systems and business processes of 28 operating companies, working together with the CIOs and CTOs of the other operations worldwide;• Collecting and analysing the business requirements, planning and setting up business processes and developing supporting systems (customer administration and billing with KSCL / Convergys, starting a migration project to Amdocs, CRM and ERP with Oracle, etc.);• Developing products and services (mobile internet access, Value Added Services (VAS), billing and administration part of tariffs and other GSM and data services);• Operating all the IT systems, including the mission critical applications, definition and measurement the SLA of key applications, providing support to the end-users.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Aligning local IT systems, IT strategy with the Vodafone corporate standards;• Successful implementation of several mission-critical IT systems, like Data Warehouse, billing system migration from Greece to a local system with KSCL.
