I'm currently the Team Operations Manager at Ninjas In Pyjamas, where I oversee the well-being of players and teams to ensure optimal performance. My responsibilities include managing internal and external operations related to the team.I had the opportunity to collaborate with the DivE association and Riot Games to develop and create the VCT Game Changers EMEA tournament in 2021 and 2022, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the esports industry, particularly in Valorant. Continuing in this field, I'm actively involved in the fight to provide opportunities for women and marginalized genders to join professional teams or pursue career opportunities.Furthermore, I studied law for 4 years and am currently completing my studies in digital business law.
