About Léa Dunand Chatellet

After an educational cursus in Finance, I spent 5 years in the brokerage industry as an SRI analyst. In 2010, I started a position in a French asset management boutique as portfolio manager and head of ESG (environment, social and governance) research. I was in charge of developing a new business: sustainable research and funds. Starting from scratch, my department represented 700ml€ in 2015. Then, I started an executive position at Mirova, NGAM affiliate. My position was Equity CIO, member of the executive committee. I managed a team of 12 PMs representing 3,5bn€ of assets across 8 strategies. From June 2017 to June 2018, I set up my own company to manage sustainable and growth strategies for start-up and small business.
