In INCO Incubators, I am the Program Coordinator for the INCOPLEX 93, Résilience 93 and Go Incub' programs.My role is to : - Organize calls for projects to recruit new promotions, as well as selection committees - Organize the individual and collective aspects of each of the support programs for start-ups (workshops, entrepreneur testimonials, co-development sessions, etc.) - Manage relationships with entrepreneurs/start-ups on a daily basis (strategic individual follow-up, current needs, networking, etc.) - Animate the incubator's community (communication on social networks, soliciting alumni to share experiences with the current incubates, networking events, etc.) - Organize events for the INCOPLEX 93, Résilience 93 and Go Incub' programs (launch & closing) and for INCO (Impact²)

isahit is a French startup that promotes social inclusion and women's empowerment through the development of digital skills. The company has developed a platform on which women from all over the world can receive free training and work remotely, in the form of digital micro-tasks that meet the outsourcing needs of third-party companies. The women who join the platform have a professional project when they arrive. Their experience as a HITer with isahit, limited to 3 years, gives them the opportunity to earn additional income and finance their project.isahit is the first European AI company to be certified B Corp.Since 2017, the company has supported nearly 1,700 women in 44 countries.As an intern in the company's Community team, my missions are to: - Manage the HITers community by validating legal documents, tracking payments, follow-up interviews, updating a database, finding partners for recruitment, processing messages received on the platform.- Animate the community of HITers by creating content on a group for active members and an alumni group, and organizing online events to foster cohesion.- Train the community by researching, writing, designing and implementing training courses on the platform- Produce communication materials, both internal and for isahit's community.
