• Responsible for HSE matters relating to Clariant Oil Services Angola Lda. Ensure Soyo and Luanda Base are safe and secure. • Review and update procedures frequently to ensure a high level of safety compliance.• Manage procedures in myDMS and ensure they are updated and reviewed regularly• Ensure relevant & suitable training given both internally and externally ( Safety Training Matrix)• Deliver training to staff & present TBT when relevant• Carry out inspection/behaviour audits to ensure a good record. Encourage near-miss reporting & share learning lessons• Provide appropriate PTW and JSA for contractors• Specialised risk assessments including flammable atmospheres, environmental impacts and COSHH Assessement• Organize spaces so work could be performed efficiently, effectively and safety.• Warehouse Management • Procurement Management of the PPE’s and Safety Equipment’s• Provide HSE Statistic (Man hours, Fatality, Major accidents, MTC, First aid cases, EDI, LTI ,LTIF, TRIR)

• Teach Chemistry(General) and Biology class• Coordinate and supervise classes and internships• Prepare the annual lesson plan• Evaluate students periodically• Assist students in mentoring scientific projects
