* I am directly responsible for developing the following local agencies: - Constanta 1 ; - Constanta 2; - Constanta 3; - Galati 1; - Galati 2; - Braila 1 * Establish objectives Area Managers * supervise the achievement of annual goals and sales plans, * coordinate and supervise the recruitment, training and development, coaching, * Provides a low turnover rate in agencies coordinated * Develop weekly activity reports, monthly and annual, * Evaluate each agency coordinated activity (training, recruitment, skills development - time management, effective meetings, preparation and use of activity plans for Area Managers) * Maintaining a climate conducive to business exhibition and promotion of company * Evaluate the market in order to increase sales volume, * Perform training for Team Leaders and Area Managers, ensuring the spread of information of general interest * Provides support for Team Leaders and Area Managers to themselves for career achievement plans, providing consulting and training.
