My focus is on providing a distinctive and engaging dining experience on Café Landwer promoting the Mediterranean cuisine and our specialty coffees and teas ceremonies while liaising with both guests and co-workers in order to have a pleasant sales experience.• Assist guests with meal selection demonstrating depth knowledge of the menu items while taking in consideration food allergies and food dietary. • Provide high-level customer service to up to 5 tables of big groups of people at a time, never losing attention on any of them, generating 20%+ tips and positive feed-backs.• Improve sales per table by using relational selling to promote full menu product offering.• Maintain a presentable display on tables by bussing appropriately and on time.• Help train new hires by going through the menu items and the restaurant followings.
