I run the men's sessions - I am the shift manager on the men only days at the Saheli Adventure Hub - Gym Facilities.I also run the boys fitness class which is predominantly a circuit training session, our main aims are to be healthy and educate the participants on how to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Everything we do has an added element of fun and variation.

I worked with a number of cadet, junior & senior boxers at the Phil Thomas S.O.B - A fantastic club in the town of Middlesbrough.My primary role was to support Senior coaching staff work on preparation of boxers who had upcoming contests. Typically working up to 8 sessions per week.My role with this club was voluntary
