Job Responsibility:• Preparation of tentative estimate (BOQ) to take primary approval from higher Management.• Selection Survey & Soil test Company and Design/drawing of Building, machine Foundation and AC Plant design.• To make the co-ordination in between Civil Consultant, Machine layout consultant and AC plant design consultant.• Finally Project profile is submitted to higher management for final approval.• To make the tender schedule and collect the rate from Contractor End and check the contractor rate with analysis and finally negotiation with contractor for final rate ( The contractor should have competitive rate, experiences, capacity to work, logistic support, good financial condition etc). • However any unjustified rate to collect analysis from contractor and to settle the actual rate.• Preparation of work order with terms and condition and Specified materials specification.• Management and supervision of construction works.• Preparation of progress report and to submit higher management at certain interval.• Quality control as per design and specification provided by the consultant.• Checking of Contractors bill.• Maintenance works with very urgently of related fields.
