I have also earned degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services and as ATES, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to run and grow an online platform for creative and cultural products.At INDOARTISTRY, I work with a team of talented and dedicated professionals to provide a global platform for local artisans from all over India, who sell their best and unique designs here. I am responsible for managing the accounts of our sellers and buyers, analyzing the data and feedback from our platform, and implementing strategies to increase the user retention and satisfaction rate. I also use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and execute marketing campaigns that showcase the diversity and quality of our products and services. I am motivated by our vision of changing the world's leadership in art and craft, and I believe that our platform can empower and support the artisans and their communities, while also providing a valuable and enjoyable experience for our customers. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, as I have a background in hospitality and have worked with different cultures and customers in my previous role at Tedico online pvt ltd, where I was involved in e-commerce operations for three years.
