COAL PROJECT• Establish annual long-term mining plans.• Develop the 2023 Work Plan and Budget (Rancangan Anggaran Biaya Kerja - RKAB) based on FS documentsand corporate objectives.• Deliver a presentation on the 2023 RKAB at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources in CentralKalimantan.• Regularly submit quarterly reports to the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).

COAL PROJECT• Developing a long-term mining plan for a one-year period, based on quarterly assessments, utilizing theMinescape and Xpac applications.• Ensure that production activities adhere to mining principles and safety standards.• Developing pit design optimization based on mining economics utilizing the Minescape and Xpac applications.• Create annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) cost budgets.• Develop a Production Work Plan (RKAB) for production items based on FS documents and company targets.• Effectively and efficiently evaluate costs on a weekly and monthly basis during the mining process.• Develop mining planning strategies by aligning them with Stripping Ratio (SR) and cost targets.• Performing geotechnical back analysis on the actual pit design to ensure alignment with geotechnical studiesand the pit design, utilizing the Slide and Phase2 applications.• Analyze production on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.• Evaluate mining operations weekly, monthly, and yearly during production achievements.• Reconcile contractor calculations while considering working polygons in accordance with the specified design.• Producing reference maps for monthly and weekly designs for the operations team, utilizing the ArcGISapplication.• Serve as the Mining Chief Engineer (KTT) at IUP PT. Kara Elmas Madenleri (a subsidiary of Bara IndahSinergi Group).

NICKEL & COAL PROJECT• Undertake site evaluations for locations covered by the Mining Business License (Izin Usaha Pertambangan -IUP) for coal and nickel, identified as potential acquisitions by the company.• Conduct optimization calculations for pit designs within the Coal and Nickel IUPs of Bara Indah SinergiGroup.• Evaluate the cost budget calculations for each operational IUP.• Analyze mining costs and assess any expenses that surpass the budget plan.• Ensure that the geotechnical analysis of pit design aligns meticulously with the established plan.• Formulate strategic mining planning approaches for each IUP within Bara Indah Sinergi Group.• Compile monthly and annual production reports for all IUPs and present them formally to the Board ofDirectors.

NICKEL PROJECT• Develop monthly and weekly pit design plans for nickel mining utilizing Surpac, Minescape, and ArcGIS.• Evaluate weekly and monthly production based on actual and planned metrics.• Optimize COG Ni% in specified IUP areas for targeted mining using Surpac, Minescape, and ArcGIS.• Verify that the cargo aligns with the targeted Ni% as per the mining plan and marketing objectives.• Ensure contractor operations adhere to mining safety standards.

• Undertake site visits at each coal and nickel commodity site.• Engage in educational sessions across all relevant departments for all projects within the Bara Indah SinergiGroup.• Conduct internal training on Minescape, Xpac, Surpac, and MineSched software.• Present reports every three months to the Business Development Department, Management Site, and Board ofDirectors regarding achievements and improvements during the rotational assignment across all Bara IndahSinergi Group sites

• Implementing production enhancements for the coal project at PT. BISM, Melak, East Kalimantan.• Analyzing production at the coal project of PT. BISM.• Developing production dispatches for the coal project at PT. BISM.• Conducting exploration for the coal project at IUP PT. EBA, Muara Teweh, Central Kalimantan
