As a credit analyst with over 14 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed strong competencies in asset-based lending, risk analysis, and risk assessment. I have worked with various types of borrowers, including small businesses, consumers, and commercial real estate owners, and have helped them find the best loan options for their needs and situations.My most recent role was at First Interstate, where I reviewed borrower/applicant financial information, completed reports and commercial approval requests, and assisted the relationship manager with portfolio management. I also determined the acceptable risk rating based on company performance, market condition, and financial strength. Prior to that, I was a senior credit analyst at Oregon Pacific Bank, where I performed similar duties and also collaborated with other underwriters and loan officers. I have completed several certifications from LinkedIn, including Psychological Safety, Fostering Belonging as a Leader, and Accounting Foundations, to enhance my skills and knowledge in my field.
