Management for a Democracy, Rights & Governance Program under USAID covering the Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) Region: analytical services, research, and programming to understand and promote democracy and to understand and reduce gender based violence impunity in support of USAID Missions across LAC. Developed country strategy and led the proposals team in the acquisition of over $120 million USD in 2.5 years. Started role as Head of Programmes; role shifted to Head of Operations / Deputy Response Manager (Head of Mission) in 2017 during department merger & reorganization.

Mentored, taught and counseled orphaned and vulnerable children & teens in Southern Mexico. Supervised and trained interns. Facilitated and translated for visiting volunteers.
