More like a hybrid combo of business analyst, product owner and integration engineer.Product Owner as we are owner of the products of our clients from implementation to go-live and postlaunch support engineer.Business Analyst as we gather requirements of the client, make the requirement documents, and sendit for proper implementation to our Solutions team/Engineering team.Integration engineer as we integrate the products that are already supported by i2c and requested bythe client, like 3DS/VBV setup, digital wallets setup, Mobile app setup, APIs integration etcPrimarily responsible for efficient and effective analysis and resolution of product-related queries.Analysis and resolution of the issues reported by our monitoring system on a daily basis.Provide certifications & training to the client regarding different products and their modules.Respond to the client’s calls and emails.Use the OTRS ticketing system to communicate with live clients.Use Jira for tracking of different client implementation projects.Frequently coordinate and follow-up with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that tickets are closed on time.Generating and providing data or reports to clients and other stakeholders.Reviewing front end, databases, application interfaces and logs to troubleshoot and fix problems.Communicate directly with clients to provide desired information and status on technical inquiries.Identify common issues and provide feedback for improvement to relevant stakeholders.Maintain different daily monitoring reports for strategic clients to ensure smooth fraud less/legitimate transactions flow.Assist the teammates for analyzing and resolving different problems.Communicate with internal teams to ensure resolution of the reported problem in an effective manner.
