My team has ownership of the most complex new features of the Rubrik application, with these features expected to grow Rubrik topline revenue by 15-20% over the next 3 years.As an IC, I re-architected the React Form & Wizard libraries (Formik) within the application, improving performance and rendering times throughout the application by 75%. I utilized performance optimizations, memoization and concurrent rendering to produce millisecond-level rendering times. Slowest form went from 4.9s to complete rendering to 340msI also founded Rubrik’s “UI Architecture Board”, a team of 7 Principal and Staff Engineers who discuss the latest emerging React trends, analyze new libraries, and make final decisions on all UI related architecture issues at Rubrik.I am a mentor to 2 Senior Engineers, guiding them on their career growth and helping them form 3-5 year plans to promotion to Staff Engineer.
