I have worked in Long-term Care for 15 years in various capacities. I worked alongside senior management for most of my career and have a working knowledge of what is required of me. Additionally, I am a creative problem-solver with a talent for streamlining processes, improving morale, resolving conflict, and exceeding realistic goals. Most importantly, I always bring personal integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic to my profession.
