About Muhammad Adnan Adam

A fresh graduate of psychology at Universitas Padjadjaran.My pursuit in HR came from my interest in philosophy. How we humans work, how society develops, how a governance of a group came to prosperity, makes me interested in understanding people. Plato said "A guardian is driven by pride" makes me wonder how everyone is driven by something in their life. I believe that by understanding how their mind works daily, we can figure out the reason and the opportunities for a change that lies in everyone. With just a little push in the right direction with the right approach, I'm convinced that we can help anyone to improve themselves, to become a better version of themselves that they do not even know exist.I've developed the skill of proper communications with employees through my internship at PT. Simplefi Teknologi Indonesia, and Google Suites Skill by operating daily in Google Spreadsheet and Excel. OJK also taught me about the worlds of business and economy, also regarding the process of competency dictionary. I've implemented a curriculum or competencies dictionary, planned a performance appraisals system, and done a review for many employees and staffs of my organization.I'm looking forward for an opportunity that can help people improve themselves and realize their potentials, especially work opportunity in the field of people development and training, or performance management!
