My WHY: I believe that success happens when I contribute to a greater cause and make an impact. How I do that is by taking the complex and breaking it down into simple ideas that everyone can understand. What I ultimately bring are solutions that make sense.

I would say my marketing journey began when I decided to pursue a career in it in college but the truth is, it began long before that. Back when I was about 15, I watched a particularly horrible deodorant commercial. I remember thinking to myself, “Does this really land with people?!” And after that, I grew more and more fascinated by the psychology of why people make purchase decisions. Marketing became a natural path for me and my fascination, in fact, it gave me a curiosity that always provided different perspectives and ultimately set me apart. 

Fast forward, I am now a multi-faceted marketer with a very colorful background and wide range of skill sets. (Because how could I choose one area of marketing to pursue?!) 

Through great exploration, I’ve found that a few areas in marketing excite me the most and those are the ones in line with my WHY. When I can contribute to the success of my company and my team. When I can dig into the systems that are complex and make them simple for others. And when I can bring solutions that make sense - I have unlimited energy.

More specifically, when I get to dig into the complex automations in CRMs like HubSpot and build masterful nurture campaigns, map out, organize, and run innovative projects, and digging into data to make sense of it and simplify it for others - these are the top few areas where I thrive. 

Ultimately, I relish the challenges that come with optimizing marketing sales funnels, enhancing customer journeys, and contributing to a company's team and bottom line.
