Oversee the entire progression of the project right from planning to delivery and handover to clients within budget and time requirements. Below are my current responsibility:• Reviewing tender specifications, scope of supply as specified in Project Specification Sheet (PSS) and technical clarifications to ensure correct match between clients' requirement and offer made to clients.• Monitor and control a regular and thorough review process that keeps track of progress & costs incurred on all activities and ensures that the key members of the project team are aware of overall project status.• Identify actual & potential obstacles and act promptly to remove them to ensure the project succeeds. Escalate any problems to the management team for a prompt resolution.• Preparing project documentations such as Project Schedule, Inspection & Test Plan, Vendor Documents Master List (VDML) and others as per project requirement.• Monitor the engineering disciplines progress and expedite on the issuance of registered deliverables as per the project milestones.• Initiate, recommend and effect improvements in the project plan in a pro-active manner such that quality, costs and time scales are met.• Initiates the Change Order for the design changes and additional scope of supply from the original contract.• Review the project costing upon closing of the project and prepare a brief summary report if the overall project budget is overrun. • Oversee and coordinate the installation and testing & commissioning activities at site and preparing all site documentation; PTW, Method Statement and Risk Analysis (MSRA), etc.

• To assist the Project Manager to formulate and recommend for strategies, plan and actions necessary for achieving the Company’s objectives.• Reviewing tender specifications, scope of supply, engineering datasheet and technical clarifications to ensure correct match between clients' requirement and offer made to clients.• Monitor and control a regular and thorough review process that keeps track of progress & costs incurred on all activities and ensures that the key members of the project team are aware of overall project status.• Monitoring and coordinate the equipment installation and hook-up activities at site.(onshore and offshore).• Oversee and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (onshore & offshore) with principal and end user.
