Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering into work management system.Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation.Maintains body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions.Preparation of final bills through account department. Delivery of vehicles to the Insured / Participant after Re-inspection & receiving the payments of depreciation.Regularly following up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, updating customers regularly on progress and ensuring delivery of vehicles within proposed time frame.

Receive Insurance / Takaful claims notifications.Motor claims Inspection/ Assessment.Supervise team of 2 Technical surveyors.Conduct inspection and survey on motor vehicles for the purpose of insurance claim.Manage the repairer's expectation and communicate with the repairer professionally.Advise the Insurance Company whether the damaged vehicle is repairable or not economical to repair or parts to be replaced or repair or not confirm till further verification. Ensure that outstanding files to be finalized and closed within 30 days after the accident damaged vehicles have been repaired or claim settled.Update and upload all survey information into the system immediately.Submission of Initial Loss Assessment report within stipulated time lines.Conduct Stage inspection / Re-inspection wherever needed or required.Provide Claim status report to Claim Processor as scheduled.Photographic evidence.Preparing Interim Reports for approval from Insurance Companies Via-Email.
